Welcome Mothers of Multiples

AMAMOM is a non-profit support group whose activities are directed toward the unique needs of mothers of twins, triplets, and higher order multiples. Our purpose is to share the knowledge and understanding of multiples by exchanging information and mutual support between mothers, medical staff, educators and others, and to gain friendship with mothers who understand multiple issues. The club encourages positive parenting of multiples through monthly meetings with speakers or panels and through a monthly newsletter. The club also sponsors events monthly and throughout the year for the Moms, the Moms and children, and for the entire family. The club also conducts simple research on aspects of multiple births and parenting multiples.

When: Third Thursday of every month

Where: First Christian Church (1800 W Hunt Street in McKinney)

6:00 p.m. - New and Expectant MOMs Forum
7:15 p.m. - General Meeting
8:00 p.m. - Program/Speaker

Meetings are open to all AMAMOM members and visitors who have or are expecting multiples.

New & Expectant MOMs Forum

Please join us at 6 pm as we discuss important topics that are very important to New & Expectant Mothers of Multiples.

With school starting, we are all in need of a nice time to RELAX. Join us this month for a SpaEscape presented by BeautiControl. We will enjoy a warm foot scrub and an instant manicure sponsored by guest Wendy Durant.

We are excited about are speaker for our August program. Tonia Tomlin will be speaking on organizing. She is a professional organizer and founder of Sorted Out organizing service in Plano,TX. She recently completed a TV appearance on HGTV's "Mission Organization". She and her husband Rob live in Plano with their identical twin daughters Peyton and Sydney. Photo Fundraiser

These are the dates we are planning on having our fall photo fundraiser. Start thinking about what date might work best for you.

Appointments will begin being taken for AMAMOM members only on Friday, August 1. Sessions will be open to non-AMAMOM members on August 9. Please remember that spots fill very quickly!

Applications will be available at the General Meetings, you can pick one up at any Tom Thumb, or print the form from Tom Thumb's web site.
